This plan goes way back to 2015. I think my 3D render is pretty close to the finished house.
A single story house with white brick & bevelback timber weatherboards.
The roof was complicated with an internal gutter.  We made sure the gutter was bullet proof though.  Plywood 1.2m up the roof with DecKing membrane laid by a licensed practitioner.
The owner was very happy with the finished result.
