This plan was a real hoot to design.
I was asked to create something different & cube like for a small site.
The result is a 75m² house with 1 Bedroom & large open living area upstairs.
The plan does not show a bathroom or kitchen as that was in the brief, it would be easy to add them.
As the site was very small I added a flat roof with access from the top floor, creating a large deck area
