The Northwind House
This house is off the charts when it comes to quality & style.
My client was the builder but I got to meet their clients & they are great people who made this job a real pleasure to design.
Previously designed by another designer who charged an obscene amount & failed miserably to provide the council with plans that could be used. After a bit of talk the owners got a refund & I was engaged to complete the plans & specifications so I can not claim any artistic ludos for the job.
Built on a MaxSlab insulated floor with plastered aerated concrete cladding on 140mm wall framing (providing plenty of room for insulation batts) ensured a warm internal environment. The Colorsteel roof & choice of colours is fantastic.
