3D Models
The beginning of all design projects is the 3D concept plan. We exclusively use 3D modelling software that produces full colour 3D models that we share with you via online software packages that allow you to navigate your way through your new home.
Depending on the level of technology available to you, you can simply walk through your new home on your phone or go for the full experience & immerse yourself using a Virtual Reality Headset.
The 3D models below are in no particular order. Click on the model to see how the system works. You can expand the model to full screen mode. All the textures & colours are editable so you can get the total picture.
A concept house designed for SCANDI Kit Homes NZ.
This design incorporates Colorsteel Tray Deck cladding over their proprietary 120mm thick solid laminated Nordic Spruce log walls.
The colours & textures are only at the initial concept stage but & show how the development starts.
This Lifestyle Aircraft Hangar model was built in 2018.
The design incorporated the use of steel portal frames for the hangar with the living areas added within a steel portal lean to attached to the main structure.
The hangar is clad with Colorsteel & the accommodation is clad with Fibrecement Weatherboards
The North Wind House
This 425m² home was completed in 2024. The owners have an affinity with France & the design is full of architectural features of the region.
Clad with Aerated Concrete panels with a Dulux render finish created a feeling of permanence.
The concrete floor slab is a MaxRaft - MaxSlab polystyrene system that has massive insulation benefits.
Urban Town House
This 180m² spec house was completed in 2026.

This 220m² house is under construction (as of July 2026).
Living & Family areas are divided into two pavilions with a glass link between.
