Transforming Ideas into Reality

When your 3D Model is complete to your satisfaction the next step is to produce the plans & related documentation for building consent application.

This is where the hard work begins

Your 3D model needs to be represented on paper so your Concept Plans will have a Floor Plan & Elevations.

Your building site will have been taken into consideration but the Concept Plan focuses on the initial design elements without going into specific design of the foundation & site plan.

You will have reached a level of comfort with the Draft Concept Plan so the site plan elements can  be taken into account & a Draft Foundation Plan can start.

The completion of the Developed Concept Plans is sometimes referred to the "Lock it in Eddie" stage where there will be no changes to the project from this point onward.

Your plans are now being prepared for the Structural Engineer (if required) or detailed by our LBP in preparation for your Building Consent Application.

All the details of things like structural bracing, plumbing, cladding, glazing, insulation & more will be prepared for the council.
